If you only want to clear this device, sign out from inside the app. That erases your stored credentials and session immediately — you do not need to delete your account to do that.
Deleting your account is permanent and removes your access to TechTrack entirely.
01How to request deletion
Email the support team from your university email address. Include the details below so your identity can be verified.
Send a deletion request
Include the following in your email:
- badge User ID The employee ID you use to sign in to TechTrack
- school Department or program The batches or pools mapped to you, if you know them
- edit_note Reason for deletion Optional — it helps us improve the app
02What happens next
- We verify your identity Support confirms the request came from the account holder.
- Your account is disabled or deleted Depending on university policy, the account is deactivated or removed permanently.
- Your sign-in credentials are invalidated Any credentials or tokens stored on your devices stop working immediately.
- Your students are reassigned The batches and pools mapped to you pass to another member of staff, so nobody is left without a mentor.
03What deletion does not remove
TechTrack shows student records that belong to Aditya University — attendance, fees and coding practice. Those are not yours to delete, and deleting your account does not affect them.
The absence follow-ups and proctoring reviews you wrote also remain. They are part of each student's record and carry your name, because they are the account of what the university did for that student.
Some information may additionally be kept where applicable law, regulation or Aditya University policy requires it. Anything retained is held only for legal, security or compliance purposes, and is not used for any other reason.
